Founding partner and Chair of the Board at NeoPreklinik, she also heads the Department of Histology and Embryology at Biruni University's Faculty of Medicine.

Her academic grounding in histology, embryology and reproductive biology guides the scientific direction of NeoPreklinik's cell culture modelling, tissue analysis and preclinical evaluation work. She mentors researchers all the way from first idea to publication.
